Courses


Reservation and Payment

Upon registration for a course, workshop, or event, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Bookings are only final upon receipt of payment, so we cannot guarantee your place if payment has not been received in advance.


Cancellation Policy

If you are unexpectedly unable to attend a course, workshop, or event, the following policy applies: You are entitled to a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee if you cancel at least six weeks before the start of the course. If you cancel less than four weeks before, 35% will be deducted, and if less than one week before, 75% will be deducted. After this, the full amount will be charged. You can also offer your place to someone else!


Prices

The prices of all courses, services, and events listed on the CareSpace website, flyers, or promotional materials are binding. However, CareSpace reserves the right to modify prices at any time.


Discounts

A standard discount price is often available for low-income individuals. Contact info@carespace.nl to discuss payment arrangements. For early bird discounts, the reduced price applies only if payment is received before the deadline. Participants paying after the deadline must pay the regular price.


Intellectual Property

Copyright for training materials belongs to the developers of Authentic Presence, Awareness-Centred Deep Listening Training (ACDLT®), or CareSpace itself, unless another copyright holder is specified. Students may only publish or reproduce materials with explicit written permission from the respective author.


Coaching


Confidentiality

CareSpace commits to confidentiality regarding all customer-related information. Confidential information includes anything shared with CareSpace as such and any other information reasonably considered confidential. The only exception is if there is an immediate risk to the safety of the Client or surrounding community, in which case CareSpace must report to relevant authorities. Implementation of Coaching

When a Client enters into an agreement for coaching, the Provider will act on the basis of best effort but without a results-based obligation. They should fulfill duties with care and competence. The Provider receives regular supervision from The Academy of Soul-Based Coaching and follows the International Code of Conduct for Coaches.


Pricing and Payment

Coaching prices include VAT. The Provider offers bundles of three or five sessions, which must be paid in advance. Additionally, monthly billing applies to individual sessions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for individual sessions must be made within 14 calendar days of the invoice date in the specified currency. Payments must be made in full without deductions or deferment. If the Client fails to pay on time, they are considered in default, even without further notice. The Provider has the right to suspend services immediately without liability for any damages resulting from non-payment.


Coaching Agreement

The coaching agreement automatically ends after completion of the agreed sessions. Both the Client and Provider may terminate the agreement if an irreparable situation arises. The Client may always terminate the agreement but remains responsible for payments for sessions already conducted. Cancellation of an individual session is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. If cancelled within 24 hours, 50% of the fee is charged. Force majeure may result in location costs being passed on. To cancel, email annie@carespace.nl or call.


Liability

The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from services unless the Client proves intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the invoice value of the contract. Indirect or consequential damages are explicitly excluded. The Client is responsible for any necessary follow-up steps after participation. The Client indemnifies the Provider against any claims from third parties participating in the agreement at the Client's request.


Applicability of Terms

These general terms apply to all offers where the Provider offers services or goods. Any deviations must be agreed upon in writing. Terms also apply to supplementary or subsequent assignments. The Client's purchase or other terms do not apply unless the provider explicitly accepts them in writing.


Definitions

Provider: CareSpace, a sole proprietorship registered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 71840737.
Client: Any individual or entity contracting CareSpace's services.
Parties: Refers to both the Client and the Provider in the agreement.
Services: All services or products delivered by the Provider, including coaching, training, advice, or other necessary tasks to fulfill the agreement.
Agreement: The contract between the Client and the Provider.
