Community
We host Death Cafes on the 1st Thursday of every month in Amsterdam. An opportunity to speak openly about death in a relaxed setting. Dutch and English-speakers are welcome!
We also collaborate with The Meditation Cafe to offer an online meditation programme. Join us every week for guided meditation, Loving Kindness and Self-Compassion meditations. This meditation group can support you when you are caring for an ill family member or going through illness or other life challenges.
Courses
Whether you want to dip your toe or dive deep into a personal reflection on death, we offer workshops and courses that will help you discover in an inspiring way what truly matters for you at the end of life.
Not only can death become more like an old friend but we can learn ways to live with less fear, age with more dignity and face life changes and loss with more grace and resilience.
Coaching
If you or a loved one are facing serious or chronic illness, old age or the end of life, you may be wrestling with many questions. What is my anchor when everything is changing? Where do I draw meaning or strength from? What will help guide me through so many unknowns?
One-to-one coaching offers you guided space to explore your inner world, navigate uncertainties and uncover inner strength and resilience. So you can make the most of life right to the end.
